All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Medyaf or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medyaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

٦. الملكية الفكرية
